Work has started
Balfour Beatty have started work on site. The 93-week planned construction programme runs from 4th October 2005 to July 17th 2007.
Bootstrapping work (creating the environment in which to create the environment for the construction) will take place over the next few weeks.
Piling work (the noisiest phase of the project) should start by November 7th and last for 11 weeks.
